Preparation of the works and installation of the infrastructures began in June 2023.

• The parking facilities are not accessible to the public, but blue-zone parking spaces are available around the shopping center.

 

• Migros is temporarily closed due to construction works – reopening scheduled for March 2026.

 

• The restaurants Luigia and Cave du Boucher are fully operational.

 

• The main hall is open with 4 shops: La Poste, Au Talon Express, Nicolas, and Bouclette Création.

The initial phasing, originally made up of 7 chronological stages, has been reviewed and simplified.

Today, we only refer to a few major stages, some of which are being carried out in parallel.

Throughout the entire duration of the project, transversal works will take place on roofs, terraces, outdoor areas, basements, and more generally in all invisible but vital areas for the proper functioning of the center, such as technical rooms and various storage facilities.

PHASE A
Completed – Summer 2025 with the opening of the entire mall to the public:
The shoemaker, 5àsec, La Poste, Nicolas, Bouclette hair salon, the social room & the sanitary block.

PHASE B
Start – Summer 2025 with the launch of works on the following arcades: Espace Audition, Pharmacy & Truffinesse.
End of works – December 2025.

PHASE C
Start – Summer 2025 with the launch of works on the following arcades: Tearoom, Goudalle.
End of works – January 2026.

Projected completion of works – Early 2026.

The construction site is complex and the timeline may feel long, but progress is being made.
