CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS – JUNE 4
A CENTER IN TRANSFORMATION
A CENTER IN TRANSFORMATION

This year, the revitalization of the center has entered a new and exciting phase, driven by the joint leadership of d2 Architectes and SBS Management, who have been entrusted with overseeing the works. We warmly thank our shopkeepers, tenants, loyal customers, and regular visitors for their patience and resilience over the past few months.
On the construction side, following the successful reopening of Luigia restaurant—now fully operational—the spotlight now turns to the kebab shop. Boasting a sunny south-facing terrace, it's on track to welcome you this summer.
The summer season will also mark the return of several familiar faces: a first wave of re-openings will include the cobbler, 5àsec, Nicolas, the Bouclettes hair salon, and the Post Office.

What comes next? A new phase of works will begin, featuring a tearoom in the iconic former post office space, a dedicated area for the Goudalle brasserie, and the arrival of Truffinesse’s gourmet arcade.
In parallel, thanks to the close attention of the new project leadership and the property developer, renovation work for Espace Audition and the pharmacy will kick off in May.
As for Migros, the retail space was officially handed over on April 1st. The brand will now proceed with its own fit-out works. We’ll share more precise details about the opening as progress continues.
We know this is a complex undertaking, and the process may feel long—but every step is carefully considered to ensure a final result that lives up to your expectations.
