The Post office at la Tourelle reinvents itself

The transformation of the post office will not be limited to a new space. It will also come with new services for customers.
With a parcel machine, personalized advice, and the possibility of hosting partners in an independent space, the Post Office at la Tourelle is becoming a true service center. A change of floor within the building at the end of October will reveal a completely new look.
Modern and welcoming, with a significant use of wood and light colors, the postal branch will be transformed into a customer service center once the work is completed. The main goal according to Frédéric Zbinden, team leader: welcome and personally advise customers.
A reception desk will be available to quickly provide the desired service: dropping off a package, subscribing to a phone plan, or making a payment. There will also be a space designed to accommodate partner companies, such as banks or insurance companies.
A True Service Center
There will be three counters in addition to the reception desk, one of which will be adapted for people with mobility impairments. There will also be a parcel machine available 24/7 near the center's entrance. Customers will be able to use this machine to send and receive packages even outside of opening hours and on weekends.
